• Approval of March 2025 General Meeting Minutes

Treasurer - Bart Ostro

• Financial report as of April, 2025 we have $1622. in our account.
• We are putting $200. a month into a reserve fund for a future purchase of a ball machine.

Tournaments - Richard Schulman

• We had a very successful tournament with The Villages and RTC beat the  Villages 13-9
• Len Cook barbequed and many people volunteered and helped to make it a big success. 

Social - Laura Townsend

Membership - Lori Davis

• We have 7 new members and 5 new Ball Machine users and 2 people have rejoined.
• We need to make sure that Ball Machine users get trained

Facilities - David Hickey

• How to handle new ball machine members that sign up online  and that need training? An e mail blast will be sent out with instructions about training. 
• Tennis balls will be left in the plastic container on court seven for players who want to practice their serve.
