- Board meeting agendas and minutes will be on the website in our new calendar format.
- RTC Info Tech Committee Meeting 4/20/2017 --- launched a five-week project to overhaul the RTC website.
- RTC Info Tech Committee Meeting 5/12/2017 --- portions of the RTC website overhaul will be available at end of May.
- The website will be much more future-event oriented while retaining complete information on past events.
- Next RTC Info Tech Committee meeting will be on May 30, 2017 to review portions of the website to be made public. Les requested that upcoming event narrative be provided to the committee for tennis and social events.

- Tournament updates --- Villages 4/15/2017 --- lost by one set
- Tournament updates --- New Members 4/22/2017 --- went well; used Wild Card format
- Tournament updates --- future --- Trilogy at Rossmoor 5/20/2017, and Memorial Day 5/27/2017
- Discussed establishing a “Ball Machine Clinic” on Court 2 at 10:00 AM on Wednesdays hosted by a group of RTC members. The board passed a resolution that established this event. Planning for this event will follow.
Social - Carol Pillsbury
- Carol’s report on the Kentucky Derby Party --- went well; will anticipate amount of food better next time
- Upcoming Social Events
- Summer Picnic on July 15, 2017 will be hosted by Amy Bollinger this year and will move to the Stanley Dollar patio area
- Established a Spring Fling Party starting in 2018. This popular event will help with our membership outreach efforts.
- Established an RTC Cocktail Party in Sept / Oct. This event will be focused on welcoming our new members. Will ask Membership Outreach Committee to help with this event.

Old Business
- A five-person “RTC Membership Outreach Committee” was formed late last month. Gay White is heading it up with help from Dee Dunne, Pauline Hanley, Joyce Niebur, and Gery Yearout. This committee will welcome new members and work to increase interest in our club throughout the Rossmoor community.
- An RTC Nominating Committee has been formed with Randy Kuhl as the chairman. Mark Patterson and Joyce Niebur have joined this committee so far and Randy is recruiting two additional members. This committee will focus on recruiting new board members based on our newly-updated board member responsibilities.
- Rossmoor News articles now end with a paragraph featuring events we wish to promote and our website address.
New Business
- Expanded storage for Social items was discussed
- BBQ for New Members --- discussed the idea of more tennis before eating and promoting this function to new members
