President - Larry Barclay called the meeting to order at 1:30. 

• Roll  Call all present except Terry and Jerry Quinlan, Amy Bollinger, and Chris Slee
• Approval of May Board Minutes 

Vice President - Al Peters

• A Plaque from the Villages Tournament is up at The Kiosk

Secretary - Barbara Landberg

• Cards were sent to Emily VanVleet who had hip replacement surgery, Christine Barclay who was ill, and to the family of Joan Warner who passed away.

Treasurer - Ken Steiner

• We have $14,746.55 in the bank. Zoom renewal was approved, but we are considering not renewing next year.

Tournaments - Chris Slee

• No report

Social - David Hickey

• 40 people attended the  BBQ on June 18th with free gin and tonics

Membership - Terry Quinlan

• No report

Facilities - Jerry Quinlan

• Locking up of BBQ propane tank enclosure?  Larry will call Lenny about getting a combination lock.
• There are only 8 plastic chairs left that were not broken. We should ask Jeff for more chairs so people can sit in the shade on hot days.
• Larry ordered 2 net center straps for court 5 and he installed them.

Information Technology - Chris Slee

• No Report

Old Business

• We have no results from the Sound Study yet. There will be a Planning Meeting on June 23rd, and a GRF Meeting on June 30th.

• A discussion of Drop in Tennis mixed doubles by levels  3.0, 3.5 and 4.0. was tabled until the next meeting.

New Business

• There was a discussion about whether we can mandate Covid vaccine requirements to participate in scheduled outdoor events, and it was decided that we cannot. 

Next Meeting ... will be July 18th in the Fairway Room at Creekside.  The Meeting was adjourned at 2:25.
