President's Remarks - Randy Kuhl

• Welcome guest Marcia Perry
• Loc Barnes, Bernie Wolf and Les Hoskyns not present
• Minutes from previous meeting approved
• By-Laws and Rule 106.1 changes completed. Board voted unanimously to accept.

Treasurer - Barbara Schwartz

• Club is still solvent!

Secretary - Les Hoskyns

• Has provided proposed by-laws on the website for the board's review

RTC Information Technology Committee - Randy Kuhl

Court Engineer/Supplies - Rolf Kvalvik

• New lock on ball machine door (provided by Barbara Phillips)

Tournaments - Bernie Wolf

• Mixed Doubles played despite rain in an informal format
• Rossmoor at The Villages Saturday, October 22
• Trophies at year end for tournament winners? Board decides "no."
• Wild Card Volunteer(s) Bernie to start contacting individuals
• Tournament Director will be in charge of tennis balls starting in 2017

• Start advertising Holiday Party November 1
