President - Ron Wyman

• Ron will ask for approval of October Board Meeting Minutes

Vice President - Bernie Wolf

• Bernie will provide the Vice President's report
• We have a number of new nominees who have agreed to have their names put forward for nomination.

  • Marian Renvall --- Social Director
• Additional nominations may be made from the floor.   Consent of the nominee and support from at least two other RTC members prior to the meeting is required.    Contact Ron Wyman for more information.

Secretary - Les Hoskyns

• Les will discuss the history and recent changes to the website
• Chris Slee our new webmaster will discuss planned changes

Treasurer - Barbara Schwartz

• Barbara is away. Ron will summarize financial report

Tournaments - Bob McGowan

• Bob will discuss past and upcoming tournaments

Social - Carol Pillsbury

• Carol will report on upcoming events
• Holiday Party Update
• Volunteers for Social Events

Membership - Larry Fredricks

• Larry will report on membership status
• Membership renewals are being encourages

Facilities - Rolf Kvalvik

• Rolf will report on status of the courts

Publicity - Joan Warner

• Joan will discuss ongoing publicity efforts

Old Business

• Ball Machine Practice Clinics.  Sherry Endicott has agreed to be the head instructor.  We will also have 3 or more volunteers to rotate in as instructor once a month. The clinics will be schedule for Friday mornings and will start after the first of the year.

New Business

• Service Awards --- We are currently in the evaluation process.
• Solicitation of new business topics from the membership.
