- Request help of a committee of 2 or 3 members to set and execute the 2022 social events. Names were suggested

- New plastic containers on each court to collect used balls
- October players sign in average 70 courts /day(approximately)
- Ball machine malfunctions when balls are wet
- Board authorized 3 metal signs to be purchased: 2 requesting players to sign in (12"x12" on fence and the second free standing) a third sign regarding not to use wet balls in ball machine

Board approved the revised director's job duties and their posting to the Club website
New Business
The Board approved a more simplified dues structure for 2022: $30 from Jan 1- June 30; $15 from July 1 - Dec. 31
Ball machine fees $35 from Jan. 1 - June 30; $17.50 from July 1 - Dec. 31.
Tabled establishing policy to subsidize member dues due to financial hardship
Board approved court reservations for Women's team practice on Mondays @ 11a.m. through May1, 2022.
