The web site and the phone app are critical to making it easier for club volunteers. Just consider: when running a tournament or social event, the event captain has to compose emails (announcement, reminder, confirmation, etc), create and manage an email and phone list, record all the meal choices (for socials) or genders (for tournaments) before doing anything to actually run the event. Then they have to manage a wait list, look out for cancellations and notify people on the wait list. With the new site and phone app, members just click a few buttons. This ELIMINATES all this work because the site/app does it all.

We think you'll mostly use the new the phone app to interact with the club as it is so convenient. The app has four sections:

• • is a simple online directory for members of the club
  • for those with privacy concerns, you can choose NOT to appear in the directory

With the WildApricot for Members app, your members can interact with your organization and fellow members from their mobile devices.
