Tournaments - Chris Slee
- Put out Newsletter for Feb 2 Wild Card
- As usual, still need more volunteers to run tournaments. Will need to push again at March General Meeting
- No more January Wild Card, club will start the calendar in February. Approved.
Social - Marian "Cinnamon" Renvall
- Holiday party, grand fathered into 3rd Saturday in December [23rd this year]. Will try Thursday the 19th
Membership - Terry Quinlan
- Numbers: 173 total
- Teams:
- 3 men play but do not have a membership
- Women: 1 non-member
- Non-renewals: phone, email, letter
- Try a letter
- Send a letter to prior ball machine members [19 people]
Facilities - Bill Van Wagoner
- Update signs for new board members with Chris
- Basic supplies: Sheryl Patterson replenishes supplies in the cabinet

Did Web site year end changeover, including permissions for new Board members, forwarding emails
- Also put in template for Board agenda and minutes on the calendar
- Working to correct membership lists after Membership incorrectly changed all 2018 members to 2019

- Set up a training session on web site use

- Ball machine guest policy: Have to be with a resident
- Enforcement: one must have ball machine membership to use the machine
- Court reservation system: Cinnamon's idea. Practically impossible with paper sign ups.
