- Directory - Turnkey outside source / printer vs in-house development
- Using Saturday BBQ's to attract new members

New Business
- Channel 28 "Post It" program for Rossmoor Clubs was discussed.
- Following the meeting, a number of the board members met to discuss the formation of an RTC Membership Outreach Committee. This committee will include Gay White, Gery Yearout, Pauline Hanley, Joyce Niebur, and Dee Dunne. The committee will hold an organizational meeting soon to discuss their goals and objectives.
- Following the meeting, a number of the board members met to discuss the formation of next year's RTC nominating committee. Randy Kuhl, Mark Patterson, and Joyce Niebur are on the committee. Randy will recruit two additional members. The committee will work with an updated set of board position duties. The ongoing need for information technology expertise will be a primary focus.
