Meeting Minutes:

Opening Remarks - Randy Kuhl

• Discussion of Jerry McConnell commemorative item.
• Board members' duties were discussed.   Members will submit proposed duties to Randy via email.

RTC Information Technology Committee - Randy Kuhl

• Ron Wyman is updating our 2015 History page on the website based on the 2015 publicity blog content.
• Ron, Randy, Bernie, Mark, and Les are continuing to deal with photographic content on the website.
• Randy and Les will meet with Rossmoor administration to get website integrated with Rossmoor's site.

Court Engineer / Supplies - Rolf Kvalvik

• Rolf reminds us all that we've now got plenty of slightly-used balls coming our way for the ball machine.
• GRF has fixed (almost all of) the court screens
• Rolf is researching weatherproof clocks
• Next tournament is Women's Doubles in August

Tournaments - Bernie Wolf

• Memorial Day Tournament was a big success with 40 players participating.
• Chop Suey tournament format discussed again

Wild Card - Barbara Phillips

• Board voted to make Wild Card a committee position with a 1 year term

Secretary - Les Hoskyns

• Nothing new to report

Treasurer - Barbara Schwartz

Vice President/Trophies - Ron Wyman

• Trilogy trophy has arrived

Publicity - Ron Wyman

• Ron reported that the function is going well.   The Rossmoor News is providing us with good coverage and the content is going into the website smoothly.

Social - Loc Barnes

• July Picnic was discussed.   It's by reservation at $26.00 per person for great food and entertainment.

Membership - Larry Fredricks

• Board discussed and clarified the fact that membership is a board position

Old Business

• Extended discussion regarding the purchase of a new or slightly used ball machine.   Ron and Rolf will work on this together.

New Business

Next Board Meeting --- General Membership Meeting July 18, 2016, in the Creekside Clubhouse.
