• Monthly report as of 2/15/2025
• The Board decided to set aside $5,000. for capital projects which could include a ball machine, awnings, etc.

Tournaments - Richard Schulman

• The Villages is now confirmed for April 19th
• Great response for Ladder Format Wildcard

Membership - Lori Davis

• Update on 2025 membership roster
• The club currently has 179 members and 44 people have not renewed.
• Lori has kept in touch with them.
• There are 5 new members

Facilities - David Hickey

• All balls for the  ball machine rotated
• New lock on cabinet near court 6
• Requested that MOD touch up our tennis sign near court 2.

Old Business

• Update on RTC tax-exempt IRS filing
• Update on GRF policy/ ABC liquor license issue

New Business

Let’s set start time for men and women leagues so they  cannot reserve a court before 10 AM.

• There was lengthy discussion on the matches taking up court time for club members who are not on teams. 
• Mary said that the East Bay Womens Teams have to start at 10 with 9:30 warm up and in October 9:30 start time.
• It is important for RTC Members to show up and speak at the Pickleball Town Hall on March 3rd. 

Laura and Mary are authorized to make or change room reservations.
