Tournaments - Richard Schulman

• In 2025 we will have both ladder tournaments and Wild Card tournaments
•  Wild Card Tournaments in 2025 will be reduced from 7 rounds to 6 rounds
• A shout out to Mary Benin for running the Women's Doubles Tournament 
• A big thank you to Bert Sebilia, Carol Pillsbury, Ike and Takako Ichikawa, and Larry Barclay for all their excellent help with the tournaments

Social - Laura Townsend

•  Holiday Party update --people were asked to sign up to help 

Membership - Terry Quinlan

Facilities - David Hickey

• Court usage 1,200
• New leaf blower
• New plastic containers were purchased for used tennis balls
• It is important that the lids are tight especially during rainy season
• Friday ball machine clinic had up to 14 people and Ron and Ike helped

Publicity - Linda Hague

• Review of Club publicity y.t.d. and monthly newsletter updates
• Please give Linda ideas for articles and it can take 3-4 weeks until articles are published

Information Technology - Chris Slee

• Presentation on 2025 membership renewal process and Q/A on phone app/website

• Members are strongly encourages to download the Wild Apricot App on their phones and to renew all memberships on line.

Old Business /New Business

• Voting on nominations for 2025 Board of Directors.  The three open Board positions for three year terms commencing January 1, 2025  and ending December 31, 2027 are Treasurer, Membership Chair, and Secretary. These Board positions are currently held by Ken Steiner, Terry Quinlan, and Barbara Landberg, respectively.
• The Nominating Committee consisted of Al Peters, Larry Barclay, Yvonne Merrick, and Rena Benz
• The nominees accepted by acclimation for the three open Board positions are Bart Ostro to serve as Treasurer, Lori Davis to serve as Membership Chair, and Barbara Landberg as Secretary.
• There was a discussion about starting the Women's Team at 10 and coming at 9:30 to clean the courts and warm up 
• Open Forum - members questions, suggestions 
• RAFFLE!
