  • Shrey Trivedi has sent wonderful photos which are on the  webisite

Information Technology

  • Richard Schulman gave a demonstration on a large screen of how easy it is to use the Wild Apricot website on our phones.

  • He will check on why printing from the website comes out so small

  • Old Business

  • GRF  meetings on 2024 court resurfacing project -update
  • There was great concern that the resurfacing of the tennis courts is being delayed and the amount of money originally budgeted is being cut back
  • It probably won't happen until the end of 2024 for courts 1-6 and not until 2025 for courts 7 and 8
  • It is VERY IMPORTANT that people show up and speak up at the Finance Committee meeting  Tues. March 26th at 9 AM at Gateway Board Room and the GRF BOARD MEETING on Thursday, March 28th at 9 AM at Peacock Hall
  • We need to express our concern for safety before we have accidents on the courts

New Business

  • Open forum for members-
  • need for a microphone at next meeting
  • we could circulate a petitiion to show how much we need  the courts to be resurfaced  and soon
  • It was suggested that we bring in a pro for coaching and teaching but we might need to check with Ann Mottola what is required
  • Someone suggested that if the RTC puts in some money toward the courts GRF listens

  • RAFFLE! We had a very successful raffle with many winners.!

Next Meeting: April 15
